There weren't any changes at the top of either FCS or Division II ADD'S HBCU SPORTS REPORT HBCU Football Top Ten polls this week.
North Carolina A&T (4-1, 3-0 MEAC) overpowered Bethune-Cookman to remain at the top of the FCS poll while Tennessee State (5-1, 2-1 OVC) knocked off Eastern Kentucky off a huge first half in their homecoming win.
North Carolina Central (5-2, 4-0 MEAC) actually leads the MEAC over A&T, since they have played and won one more game. Alcorn State (3-3, 3-2 SWAC) jumped back into the rankings by defeating Texas Southern (3-3, 3-2 SWAC).
In the Division II poll, Tuskegee (6-0, 4-0 SIAC) was off this past weekend while Bowie State (5-2, 4-0 CIAA) nipped Virginia State (5-2, 2-2 CIAA) Saturday. Winston-Salem State (5-2, 4-0 SIAC) and Clark Atlanta (5-2, 3-2 SIAC) after wins this weekend, while Virginia Union (4-3, 3-1 CIAA) dropped after Chowan (5-2, 3-1 CIAA) defeated them.
