The unofficial start of football season in the Southern
Intercollegiate Athletic Conference kicks off at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 13
when the conference holds their annual football media day at Atlanta’s College
Football Hall of Fame.
In-person, the event is closed to media, school and SIAC
personnel. But it will be available to
fans on the SIAC’s
YouTube channel.
The SIAC’s 13 head football coaches, along with two of their
student-athletes, will be interviewed and offer insight on their teams for the
2022 season. Media in attendance will
also be able to ask questions of each coach and players afterwards.
The conference’s Preseason All-SIAC teams will be announced,
along with the predicted order of finish.
